Manufacturing Defects

For items found to have manufacturing defects, we offer a replacement (Within 7 Days) upon inspection.

Return Process

  • Contact Us: If you found a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team on contact@screemart.in within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide Details: Be prepared to provide details about the defect, including photos or videos.
  • Return Shipment: Our delivery executive will pick up the defective item from your home after you schedule a convenient time.

Shipping Costs

For items found to have manufacturing defects, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Additional Notes
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7 business days for your refund to process once we receive the returned item.

Please note: This return policy applies only to manufacturing defects. Returns due to other reasons, such as change of mind or incorrect sizing, may be subject to different terms and conditions.
